NEW FACTORY Betting in the technological increment of production of
acrylic sheets, Dicopesa inaugurated in July of 2002 the new factory in
Cajamar (near to São Paulo/Brazil). In the land of 5 thousand square meters,
the new plant has 3,5 thousand square meters of built area, with larger part of the production is automated.
The strategy seeks to offer better products to the domestic market and expanding businesses
to the external market, with the acrylic sheets of
international quality. Initially this new unit will produce sheets of 2000
x 2000 mm and 2000 x 3000 mm in the thickness from 3 to 24 mm. It is
foreseen for next year the duplication of this unit, where will be done
sheets with size of the American market, or be: 4 x 8, 5 X 8 and 6 x 8 ft.
